These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fooble mobile application (“the app”, “Fooble”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Fooble is an informational football score, schedule, and statistics tracker. It aggregates publicly available football data from third-party providers and displays it for your personal reference. The app is provided for general information and entertainment only. Fooble is free to download and use, and is supported by advertising; an optional paid subscription removes those ads (see section 2).
Fooble offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, Remove Ads, which hides all advertising in the app. Its price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy and are also displayed by the App Store or Google Play at the moment of purchase (currently US$1.99 per year, or the equivalent in your local currency; prices may vary by region and may change with notice).
Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your Apple Account or Google Play account settings; deleting the app alone does not cancel it. If you previously bought the one-time “Remove Ads” purchase, it remains valid and you do not need a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own store terms, not by us. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and cancelling mid-period stops the next renewal rather than ending the current one.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and to the app store terms (Apple App Store / Google Play) through which you obtained it.
You agree not to: (a) copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the data or content the app provides; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits; (c) interfere with, overload, or disrupt the app or our servers; or (d) use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Match scores, schedules, lineups, statistics, injuries, and news are sourced from third-party providers and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information in the app. You should not rely on the app for any decision that depends on accurate or real-time data, including betting or wagering. Any such reliance is at your own risk.
Football data is provided by third parties (primarily API-Football, with football-data.org as a fallback) and news headlines by NewsData.io, each “as is” and subject to their own terms. Tapping a news headline opens a third-party website governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Fooble is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any football association, club, league, broadcaster, publisher, or data provider. All team names, competition names, and related marks are the property of their respective owners.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fooble and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or any data it displays. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data the app processes.
We may update the app or these Terms from time to time. If these Terms change, the “Last updated” date above will change and the new version will be published at this location. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [Operator to confirm governing law and venue with legal counsel.]
