It helps if you include your device, the app version (Settings → About), and the match or competition involved.

Common questions

A score looks wrong or late. Scores come from third-party data providers and can lag or correct themselves during a match. Pull to refresh; if it is still wrong after full time, email us with the match.
I am not getting goal alerts. Check Settings → Notifications in the app, and that notifications are allowed for Fooble in your device settings.
Remove Ads. Fooble is free and ad-supported. The optional Remove Ads subscription hides all ads and renews yearly; you can cancel any time in your Apple Account or Google Play settings. If you bought the older one-time Remove Ads, it still works — you do not need the subscription.
Restoring a purchase. Settings → Remove Ads → Restore purchase recovers it on a new device or reinstall.
My competition is missing. We add competitions regularly — email us and we will look at adding it.
